| Booking Terms: On-line bookings cancelled prior to 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellation fees may be held in credit for 6 months for use on a mutually agreed date subject to availability. Any cancellations or amendments to your bookings must be made by phoning us. Alterations to length of stay like a shortening of booked dates, or a break in dates, will be charged for full period unless 28 days notice is given prior to arrival.
